Returns & Exchanges
Because each piece is handcrafted, returns and exchanges are handled with care on a case-by-case basis. If something isn’t quite right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

In the same condition as received
Once approved, you may choose between a refund or an exchange.

Custom & Personalised Orders
Custom or personalised pieces are made especially for you and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@georginaatelier.com within 48 hours of delivery, including a photo of the item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
