At Georg(ina), each piece is handmade with care, and we take just as much care in preparing and delivering your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak periods or special launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 

Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on all orders over R1200

• A flat shipping fee applies to orders below R1200, calculated at checkout

 

Delivery Timeframes

• South Africa: 2–5 business days after dispatch

 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Delays & Lost Parcels

We work with trusted courier partners, but once your order has been dispatched, it is in the courier’s care. If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us at hello@georginaatelier.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.​​​​
